overall it's an OK place.

- Spacious room: there was plenty of space and I liked the way they organised each section of the room. - The balcony facing the sea - Comfortable bed - The room in general looked pretty new - The location is close to the main road ( I was there for business so didn't have time for the beach, which is far like 1 km. from the hotel) Didn't have breakfast, so I can't tell.

- The bathroom: after the shower, almost the whole bathroom was wet. They didn't separate the 2 sections well. - The toilet seat that kept moving out of its place - They charged me more than I was initially confirmed by booking.com. - The reception is not 24 hours. At night there was nobody. - Stinky fridge - Since it's during Covid time and everyone should be masked up, none of their maids were wearing masks AT ALL while they were cleaning up the rooms. I walked past them when leaving and saw that. It made me feel uncomfortable and would be hesitant to come back, not until we are safe to not wear mask in general.

Lovely and clean...very nice staff, a bit of a "lost in translation" moment, but very helpful nonetheless.

We found that the bed was hard, but that's just our opinion.

Very expensive and a poor quality of service and breakfast

It was near the beach

no tea or coffee in the room! first hotel i have ever visited that these were not provided. Room was not cleaned in our two day stay. Toilet got blocked and the staff english was poor so difficult to advise them of the problem No heat under any breakfast trays, therefore fried eggs were cold. Building needs a refurbishment.

Pleasant experience, had sea view room with a balcony and rocking chair, modern room also

The pool could be better, the seating area is difficult with few seats, but made it hard to get in and out of the pool with seats in the way, however nothing major

* The place is so quiet * The room was so clean * The locations is very near the tourist attractions. * The room service was fast.

* The wifi is slow in our room but at the lobby it was fine * The door was not easy to open using the key :(. We have to ask the assistance on to do it. * Front desk can hardly understand me * Do not ride taxi from the hotel to Pattaya bus station, if you are going home already. The taxi service will ask you to pay 500THB. From the property just walk around 2 mins going to the highway and wait for Song Tiew. It will only cost 30 THB.

Clean. Very good price.

The only drawback is the walk to the beach and restaurants. Fine during the day but wouldn’t try it at night with no footpath and lots of stray dogs. The hotel got us a taxi which was fine. So much cheaper than places on the beach so still worth it.

Clean, spacious room. Located within walking distance of the Bangsaray Beach and a decent seafood restaurant.

The breakfast buffet was quite cold, tasteless and limited. The bikes are in disrepair and unavailable. Also the shower didn't drain well. (FYI This isn't hotel related, but the nearby beach is really littered with trash!)

This is a nice place for family holidays and very close to the Cartoon Network. The staff is very nice and helpful. We hope that the owner will continue to maintain the facilities and the rooms as it is clearly starting to show signed of wear and tear.

Please always check on the bathrooms.

The staff are friendly and most helpful. They ferried is to and fro Cartoon Network Amazone efficiently and even the owner himself picked us up! Also ferried is to and from dinner place at no cost which is super nice and thoughtful. It’s the little gestures that makes a place special. Keep it up and I wouldn’t mind coming back again

We had 3 rooms and one of the bathrooms was flooded due to clogged drain.but they were quick to fix it.

The staff is very accommodating.. This is recommended for those who's looking for a place to relax and get away from city life.. The food is awesome!

The wifi is weak... actually very weak. The transportation is quiet difficult but the staff will definitely assist you to arrange a driver... even offered free bike ride :)

Room was great! Beautiful views from 8th floor balcony out to sea. Clean and comfortable.

Large construction project going on next door, although we could not hear anything from room. Staff did not speak much English. Breakfast could have been better.

New hotel with nice rooms. Everything worked well. Breakfast is very Asian, but provides sufficient variety. Pool water is cold, but nice to swim in. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom is functional. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant is alright.

It is about 15 minutes from the beach and any other restaurants. Staff English skills are extremely limited, so it is difficult to communicate, e.g. when ordering food.
